saggio Arte Digitale Arte Net ArtLa Net Art (spesso confusa con la Web Art) , si contraddistingue per un forte spirito di condivisione, di interattività , e conferisce un ruolo Assolutamente pubblico all’ arte.

Si allontana irrimediabilmente dal concetto romantico dell’ arte, intesa come espressione del genio dell’ autore, per riallacciarsi ai valori arcaici della collettività, e dell’ opera d’ arte intesa come visione collettiva di un gruppo di persone.

Tracce tangibili di questo concetto nell’ epoca moderna, si ritrovano ad esempio in alcune culture africane: in questi popoli (almeno prima che venissero contaminati dalla cultura occidentale) , il lavoro andava in base soprattutto alle stagioni, dell’ anno e della vita..

Quindi, chiunque, all’ interno di una tribù, si ritrovava ad essere agricoltore, allevatore, cacciatore, e chiaramente artista.

Gli oggetti dell’ arte africana, sono infatti spesso forgiati da più mani, a volte da un’ intera tribù.

Questo concetto si ritrova anche ad esempio nella cultura greca “classica” : le opere d’ arte erano firmate dalla “collettività” , e non attribuite ad un singolo artista..

Pensiamo anche alla figura “simbolica” di Omero , ritenuto da molti come metafora della coscienza collettiva orale Greca. Per molti, i vari libri dell’ Iliade e dell’ Odissea, vennero scritti da mano diverse, ed in epoche differenti. Ma firmati entrambi da ” Omero ”

Solo in epoca classica, le opere iniziarono ad essere attribuite a persone specifiche, ma ancora, per lungo tempo, a “studi” , o “maestri” ,o scuole, per cui lavoravano numerosissimie persone.

La net art scavalca i confini delle collettività intesi su basi geografiche, per estendersi a quelli globali resi possibili da internet , delineati non quindi dalla vicinanza fisica, ma soprattutto dall’ affinità intellettuale, o dalla condivisione di interessi specifici.

Nelle opere di net Art, l’ interattività è fondamentale : gli utenti saranno chiamati ad esprimere la loro creatività, caricando per esempio le proprie immagini, che andranno ad interagire con la formazione dell’ opera stessa.

Oppure, un unico “dipinto elettronico” potrà essere generato contemporaneamente da più mani, tramite web application in grado di interfacciarsi agli schermi touch screen di iphone, ipad, o di pc di nuova generazione .

Al di là della storia dell’ arte della net art, per cui, al momento, rimando ad wikiartpedia.org , mi sembra molto interessante citare alcune web application che forniscono concretamente, e senza alcuna “pretesa” artistica (almeno, intesa nel senso “romantico” del termine) , di far collaborare più utenti ad un progetto artistico comune:

  1. RAJIV: I can mention all the obvious names,
    but the truth is I learn from all cinematographers.
    Although the idea to remake the movie was born at Disney, it found it’s
    way to producer Jerry Bruckheimer (Flashdance, Top Gun, Days
    of Thunder, Armageddon, The Rock, Con Air). You need to have experience in all areas of the art department, which is why dealing with props, models, set dressings and everything that an art director actively does is going to be critical.
